  • We just recently moved back into San Melia after opting to simplify our lives and move into a nice clean apartment complex with amenities that we actually enjoy and are superior to other apartment complexes in the area. The most noticeable of these amenities being the pool and the fitness center that has been recently renovated and puts other fitness centers to shame. No need for a gym membership when you live here... (they even have a squat rack!!!) The community itself is gorgeous, quiet, very well landscaped and maintained. The interior of the apartments have a well planned layout and some nice upgrades such a nest thermostat, granite or quartz counter tops, laminate wood flooring, new paint and white shaker cabinets. The patio is private and absolutely fantastic. The only reason we're giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because: 1. The dishwashers are outdated and they do not thoroughly wash dishes. I would have expected a higher quality dishwasher in this type of luxury community. 2. The washer and dryer units are fairly outdated and the washer does not have a sanitize option. I would have expected a higher standard and quality when it comes to these items in this type of community. I hope the management takes note of these items above and makes the necessary changes in order to truly transform this community into the 5 star community it has the potential to be.
