  • I was looking for a specific car in a specific color. I called and spoke to a salesman who told me that they did indeed have the car I wanted in stock. I drove 40 minutes to the dealership only to find out they didn't have the car I wanted- not even close. So I sat in the dealership for 2 hours while they located the car I wanted and had it driven over. (I was told it would take 30 minutes-which is why I waited). Then I was charged full amount for registration and told to contact DMV for refund for my current plates. WHen I contacted DMV I was told that dealership already requested refund be sent to them and I have to contact them to get my money. 2 messages and 1 email later and still no response. Guess I'll have to drive another 40 minutes to get somebody to talk to me in person. This place is shady.
