  • I ate that the pancake cafe in fitchburg about 5 years back and a very good experience. Today, I decided to try out this location. First thing I noticed is that there was great parking and the place was half empty. Next, walking in, the place looks tattered and run down. The greeting from the hostess was half-ass and as depressing as the atmosphere. Here is a list of the following that ensued: 1. The original waitress took our order wrong. 2. 5 minutes later, a new waitress comes out to clarify our oder. 3. 25 minutes later, we get out food. In that time our waitress checked on 0 times. 4. The food was mediocre at best. The cinnamon bun looked like a five cent dried biscuit with pasty cream and nasty cinnamon sauce - AND THEY BROUGHT IT OUT COLD!!!! 5. I had to remind them to bring out the following - my milk, English muffin, and cinnamon bun. 6. Waitress checked one us 1 time throughout the entire meal, and took 20 minutes to bring us the check. This place needs new management or needs to go out of business ASAP! One redeeming quality (and I mean the ONLY one) - they have FANTASTIC fresh squeezed OJ. Recommendation - pick up some OJ to go and GTFO quickly!!!
