rev:text	AVOID THIS URGENT CARE! If I had the option of giving NO STARS I would. WORST urgent care! Wait time was supposedly 21 minutes... ended up being there for two and a half hours! I was put in the wrong room where they forgot about me, the nurse was extremely rude, the doctor gave my son, who is prone to bronchitis, ONLY cough syrup which I could have purchased at Walgreen's for $5 instead of a $30 co-pay. They refused to refund my co-pay because according to the manager, "you pay to see the doctor, not for the quality of service." I am 35 weeks pregnant trying to get an antibiotic for my son so I do not get bronchitis, which I am also prone to, and the staff could care less when I told them. I will be contacting my insurance to file a complaint and will be stopping payment on the co-pay. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this urgent care!
