  • First, and last experience with Stanley Steamer. If you don't have a life, they are the perfect company for you. They will only schedule with a 3 hour "arrival window." and believe me, they will wait until 2:59 minutes are gone before they show up. Maybe one day someone will invent a system where they can PICK UP THE PHONE and call and tell you - before 5 hours of your day are shot. One star because they are very skilled at apologizing. Probably due to lots of practice.
