  • In 2016 I contacted Liberty Mutual Insurance for a rate quote. They were very quick to offer a great rate for my needs. In 2017 my rates went up almost 30% across the board. The old bait and switch and I fell for it. Please beware of this! It was not this paticular agent but the company as a whole may be deceitful. If it is too good to be true than it probably is!!
