  • Had my hair cut twice by Bruno (the owner). The first time I went in (with an appointment), I took a picture of what I wanted (a classic men's short cut) and was assured that was no problem: "I've been doing that cut for 30 years." As 'chair #1', Bruno seemed a little distracted with walk-in customers and phone calls. The resulting cut was just good - close to what I have asked for, except that he used those thinning scissors which I hate. The second time I went (again with an appointment), he again seemed distracted, the cut wasn't as good as the first time and he used the thinning scissors after being asked not to. I won't be returning.
