| - Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options available, although few. Just above-par bar food good enough for a stop-in now and then if you're out for adult beverages.
Vegetarians should ask if there is egg in the buns used for the portabella burger.
Vegans are limited to salads minus cheese. And watch out for the dressings. Make sure you ask which ones are dairy-free.
Gluten-free folks be wary of the fries. I tried the sweet potato fries and I was fine afterward, but every gluten-free tummy is different and this place does not guarantee g/f fried foods. Also, if you are gluten-free and vegetarian going for the Boca Burger, remember that Boca uses wheat gluten in their burgers. They are not gluten-free.
The hummus was great, but it's served with pita bread, so that is a no-go for gluten-free folks. Maybe if I try this dish again I will ask for vegetable slices instead of pita bread. I'm not sure if they'll do it, but it can't hurt to ask.
My husband ordered two beers. One was warm, and the other tasted like dirty armpit. He was not a fan.
I had two glasses of Pinot Noir and they were fine. But for $9 a glass I want a wine that surpasses "fine."
My husband and I each ordered a different salad, and both of us were unimpressed but not quite disappointed.
Apparently if you love bourbon this is the place to be. They have a huge selection.
The ambience is cleanly dim and almost classy. The staff is friendly. I will probably end up here again, and that will be just fine.
