| - I recently brought in my after-market car stereo to Soundwerks to see if it was still working. It wasn't playing in my car for whatever reason, I was just not sure how to detect if the problem was with the radio itself or with my car set-up. Don took a look and ran it through his tests, and it worked. He suggested the wiring needed some TLC and he hooked me up with some wiring tools and said it should be good to go. I got home and tried to install again, but still, no power to the radio. So the next day, I come by again to let DOn know my problem. With no hesitation, he takes it to the back and everything checks out. It's powering on, things look fine. Don then offers to hook it up into my car to make sure everything is done right. They take my car to the back and hook it up and after a cpuple of hours they're getting sound, but still not 100%. Did I mention that Don and his guy did all of this free of charge? They went through all this trouble and work to help me hook up my radio. For free. You can't ask much more than that. They figure the issue probably stem from wiring that would require some further, more in-depth work. I would have never found where the problem was, but these guys did and they did it becuase they wanted to help a guy out. Professional, top notch and honest. Appointment scheduled for later this week and I can guarantee these guys will be my go-to from now on.
