  • Normally this school does a pretty good job, especially in the admissions department, and historically I would give them a 5 star review, but the current staff at the front desk has become decidedly unhelpful and instead of providing the information you need they prefer to play a game of 20 questions, giving you only the information you ask for, and withholding pertinent information such that it requires multiple trips back and forth between admissions and other departments to achieve even simple objectives. It wastes the students time trying to navigate the web of policy, instead of just providing the helpful and key information necessary to get the task accomplished. Not impressed.
