  • If you are called by Insight Global for a job opportunity, spend extra time up-front to verify that you are not categorically disqualified for the job they are trying to recruit for. Insight has now called me three times for the same job, each time assuring me I can have it and each time discovering that I don't have a bachelors degree and am 100% unable to even apply for said job. This is information that's clearly listed on my resume that they've just chosen to ignore apparently for the purpose of wasting my time, getting my hopes up and making me even sadder in what has become the saddest job search of my life. TL;DR: Insight Global hasn't actually read your resume and doesn't know if you are qualified for the jobs they recruit for, no matter what they say up-front. Spend extra time going over the qualifications before trusting them, and even then don't hold your breath or change your plans.
