  • I had made appointments for my Mom and I; however, she never wrote them down, so when we got there she wasn't apologetic and I'm pretty sure she didn't even make eye contact with me. When I let her know she was rude she told me I was chewing my gum and that I was a snot-trying to deflect her actions of course. So I'm pretty sure I wouldn't even recommend her services to my worst enemy. How you can treat people like that is beyond me. But what comes around goes around.
