  • With the Distillery District having a few good coffee places around I expected Uno to be pretty good. I was surprised to see that this place actually looks more like a deli than a cafe with proper lunch foods on offer, but their coffee menu is also pretty extensive. The reason it gets 2 stars is because it is overpriced for something like a coffee or latte, staff were not that friendly or helpful and seemed to chatter amongst themselves rather than pay attention to me as the customer waiting to order. And when I took a second to hesitate on my order he seemed visibly flustered as if I didn't know my way around a coffee menu. They have free wifi and a lot of seating on their patio so I can't go all "one star" on them, but even my latte was nothing great. I admit I did not try their food apart from a biscotti which was OK so I can't comment on most of their food items although it appears they don't seem to do that well on that front as well from other reviews I see here.
