| - I've been going to this location for 3 years now, and it is the only location I've ever gone to, as I signed up here and have only worked with this staff.
I have worked with Rosa and Mel, and both are dreamy massage therapists. They have male and female therapists there, and every customer I've chatted with loves their particular therapist, so that seems to be a positive.
The front desk staff have changed people over the years, which I guess is expected. I believe they put a great deal of time in training their staff. Each person has been kind and worked well with me over the phone and in person. I like to check out right when I check in, so I don't have to do anything except walk out the door when the massage is done. Again, these staff are very nice, and the managers have always been nice to me.
I even messed up and believed that I had scheduled a massage at a certain time, gotten really mad at them, realized it was my mistake, walked back in the business to apologize to them, and they were consistently kind each time. That was a "humble pie" experience for me and they couldn't have handled it any better.
I don't like that they have increased their prices. It used to be $50/month and now it is $60/month. So, I may terminate my membership over that. However, to date, I have not. If I do terminate the relationship, then I'll try to remember to update this review to let others know how it went. From what I understand, you have to terminate in a VERY SPECIFIC way in order to successfully leave your contract. Again, if I do terminate, I'll update this review.
Please note that when you do sign up with ME, they have you sign a contract, which is good for one year, and they will automatically deduct the monthly membership fee from your bank account. That notice is in their contract. Never sign a contract without reading it and understanding the consequences. Their membership links to your bank account automatically, so if you don't like that, don't join. They have never once taken out more than contracted, so I've not had issues with the money side of our relationship.
Tip: Buy the ME gift cards, which never expire. When you buy a card for say $100, they will credit your account for either a half hour visit or an hour visit. Then, you can take the card and use it to tip your massage therapist. That way, you are saving money. And the best time to get a gift card is around the holidays. Then, you'll really get a bang for your buck and the incentives are even greater. Just a little FYI.
Also note that I've never used their facial services. I may in the future, and if I do, I'll update here.
Overall, I love this ME. I highly recommend them.
