  • I stay here for business and pretty much just want a comfy bed and a clean room that lives up to the hotel's advertised image. I have stayed here 5 times in the last 6 months and have been provided with excellent customer service at all levels of interaction. My room has always been perfectly clean and comfortable. I typically arrive late and order room service in the morning. The food is average but they always show at the time requested and their wait staff is perfectly professional. The Rampart casino is attached to the hotel and while I am not a gambler it is kind of nice when your bored to go blow a few bucks and dream of never going on another business trip. There are several restaurants in the hotel but I have only tried the buffet a couple of times. It is just Ok but about average for most in Vegas. I believe that because this hotel/resort is in Summerlin it is frequented by a different clientele than the strip and that is why the level of service and cleanliness is what you expect from a 5 star resort. Best of all the rates are always great. I pay between 120 & 210 for an awesome and spacious room. After traveling all over the country and staying in every type of hotel imaginable this place is always a breath of fresh air and one of the few perks of business travel.
