  • We went to this as a part of the pediatrician meet and greet. The office is clean and the designs are amazing. The video that was shown was a little out of date, was impersonal, leaving 3 couples alone to watch a video that is out of date and has a lot of information when the goal is to get to know the team more. The video as I mentioned has a LOT of information, most of which was also on there website. I am glad there were 2 pediatricians that came in to talk with us, vs. only 1 which is normally what it is. There was a lot of emphasis on being billed for a wellness and sick visit even if at the same visit both take place they will bill separately. This is very confusing and raises concern around the practice trying to get as much out of the insurance company's and or family's. I read other reviews and it appears that is a concern for current patients. This is something we will keep in mind as we continue to research our future child pediatricians. Overall the team was friendly and I am glad they had a meet and greet for future parents.
