  • Legit the worst experience today with this company. First we were told that they would be here between 8am-11am. They never showed. We had to call and ask what was going on and they told us that they would be there before 5....5pm! Wow, that's inconvenient....but my parents still wanted an old car out of the backyard...so we waited. We were then told we would get a call 30-45 minutes before hand. Nope, no call until they were at the house. I wasn't there so I had to drop everything and get there to meet them or they were going to leave. This company needs to get it together if they care about customer satisfaction.
