rev:text	I have lived in Mullins for close to two years. My first year was terrible, we got a unit that was the cheapest among the other two bedrooms and there was no window in the living room so if we cook (which is a lot), the smoke has to go through our rooms and out the window or through the corridor which of course, no one wants to smell like a restaurant in their own home. The windows look ancient, with woods chipping off. Also, the layout of that unit was really weird. We got our security deposit back by less than half. Sometimes I wonder whether the charges stated in the bill was really what it is. My second year I got a one-big room which in terms of space, was a really good deal and I had more windows this time. However, the windows can't hold up at all. I told the guy to repair it and I think he did a half-ass job on it because it still wasn't repaired. Ideally, the management should always check these things and make the unit as clean and functional as possible yet I have to be calling them a million times just to get one or two of these things fixed. The guy who shampoos and cleans the carpet cleans it well though. I have good and bad days with their customer service. Mostly good then bad I supposed. The mattresses looked new and clean when I requested an additional one for my temporary roommate. In my entire undergrad life, I am going to give three stars for my senior year in Mullins, which was pretty decent for a large furnished one bedroom.
