  • Went to Liquid last night to celebrate my friend Miriam's success! It's safe to say we all had a great time. The drinks are affordable and strong. I got a cider for $4. It was Angry Orchard. My hope for the future is that they get a better cider selection. The choices they had (Angry Orchard and Redd's) are so sweet you won't want another drink. The music selection was danceable. Top 40s with a funky mix. The place was moderately filled. Comfortable enough to dance and not break a sweat but not totally empty. People seemed to be milling in and out. It was also cool that there was a lounge area with couches. I'm definitely a fan of the options to be cozy and comfy. While I don't think staying at Liquid all night constitutes a night on the town, I do think it's cool for a chill night with friends that includes some dancing here and there.
