  • This was the worst customer service experience of my life. Hired them to plow my driveway and found myself constantly having to call them to get them to come In a timely fashion. Sometimes it would snow all the previous night and day and they wouldn't come till late at night. The guy who answers the phone is openly hostile. Once it was snowing all day and they hadn't come yet, I called and asked when they would be there. They yelled at me for "calling on a f-Ing Sunday. Several times during the winter I need to push my car up the driveway because it just wasn't getting plowed. Other times I gave up and just shoveled. I tried to cancel my contract and get a partial refund. They said there are no refunds then threatened to cancel my contract with no refund. They said it is in the contract that they can cancel on you and provide no refund!!! This seems criminal to me but that is the way they work. The last snow of the year they didn't even bother to plow at all. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people.
