  • I visited Kung Fu Tea over the weekend for the first time and I was slightly disappointed because my friend spoke so highly of this place and could not stop raving about it! I ordered the taro slush with boba which is pretty much my go-to drink at boba cafes. I really tried to have an open mind when I tasted it, but I couldn't get past the fact that my drink was full of ice chunks. I was literally chewing my "slush" and wasn't happy with it at all. I should've went back inside to have my drink replaced, but I didn't even want to deal with the employees. From the moment we walked in, the employee behind the register gave off a bad vibe. He wasn't the least bit helpful while we were looking at the menu and didn't even bother to ask if we had any questions after standing there for about five minutes. On a better note, I had a sip of the mango green tea that my friend ordered and it was really good. The nata jelly added a nice texture to the drink. I would probably order this if I decide to visit again in the future. Overall, the place isn't terrible... I've just had a better taro slush and much friendlier customer service elsewhere! I won't mention names though. Or cross streets.
