  • If there are nicer people in AZ-I don't know where they are. I can't imagine a situation that (even if it was screwed up) they wouldn't make right. Needed parts for my fridge and they were great. Is amazon cheaper-yes-but I sure felt better about the experience and was able to help a local business. Plus they figured a work around on my part...which amazon would probably not do.
