  • This upscale bar hosts the best view of the Toronto skyline. It's on the 18th floor of the 5-star Park Hyatt Hotel north of the University of Toronto campus, which means it's in the high-end shopping district removed from the downtown area. Cocktails range from $18-22 and most guests are dressed to the 9's. My friends and I felt underdressed in our jeans and khaki's but were so relieved to find out that they do not have a dress code. Their roof lounge is actually a small outdoor patio off of their restaurant. They also have a ballroom on the floor for wedding receptions, which resulted in an interesting mix of crowds. The night we went, both elevators broke down and all the wedding, restaurant, and bar guests were guided through the slow service elevator that led to the restaurant's kitchen. We had their Mango Fizz (sweet and not too strong = perfect for me), French Kiss Martini (yummy until that aftertaste hits you), and Maple Manhattan. Their free wi-fi was incredibly fast. Their staff service, wi-fi, Mango Fizz, and views are 5-stars! Next time I'm in Toronto, I'll be sure to bring my best dress ;)
