  • I called Matt when another plumber bailed on my sewer line hookup that was part of the purchase of my house. I called him at 8pm expecting to leave a message so that someone would call me back the next day. Instead, he answered himself. I only gave him about half of the 'other plumber' story, and he was able to finish the story by telling me I'd gotten a bad quote with a pump the township wouldn't approve. A quick call to the township the next day confirmed Matt's suspicion. The crew came out on the scheduled days, and completed the work. Matt had to reroute quite a few drain lines in the basement, so the work was more expensive than originally anticipated. However, the sewer authority inspector told me that he wouldn't have approved the job had Matt not done this extra work. I think Matt felt sorry for me having to spend more than I anticipated, so he replaced a basement toilet, shower, and exterior line for free. Never again will I call another plumber.
