Does not even deserve 1 star, I wish I could give it zero. I came to the store the evening on 11/20 around 10pm. The parking lot was full of garbage and carts scattered about everywhere. I walked up to the store and found several employees smoking just outside the entrance doors. I then entered the store, although I passed several employees none asked if i needed assistance. I finally approached a young Hispanic girl probably in her young 20's and asked her if she could help me find a fuse. Clearly she did not want to help me as she flat out ignored me and started a conversation with another customer she must have known. Not to be ignored I stepped between the 2 of them and insisted she help me. Sadly all she would do is say "I dont know" over and over again. I tried to look for her name but she had her hair over her name-tag. Wal-mart needs to fire this employee. As I left the store about a half dozen employees were hanging out doing nothing between the two sliding doors. What an awful experience.
Anyway after about 15 minutes I found where the product should be but it was sold out. I ended up driving to the Strongsville Wal-Mart and i was immediately treated like a valued customer. I was walked back to where my product was and was helped with a smile.
If anyone in Corporate is listening the Brooklyn Wal-Mart needs to be overhauled from the top to the bottom. 90% of the employees there are rude and worthless.
