  • Friendly staff, ya but.. They neglected to inform us that the thyroid medication prescribed to our elderly cat would shut down his kidneys, they wouldn't even help by discounting the cost to put him down.. I thought I was doing the right thing, I thought they knew what they were doing. An expensive lesson in heartbreak. For those of you that love your pets there are plenty of places to get free advice, most local rescues are quite knowledgeable and willing to help. GOOGLE IT! THE COMPUTER WON'T KILL YOUR CAT!
