| - I don't normally like to review chain stores, although I do when I feel a particular reason to. I guess you can tell from my rating that I had a particular reason to this time.
I went into this store to check out what they had because I saw a dress in the window that caught my eye. When I entered, there was a sales person helping two older women look for things. She, and then another associate, glanced at me, and said a perfunctory hello then ignored me. Interesting that when the next woman, who was older than me, walked in, they immediately asked if they could help *her* with anything. This wasn't it. As I walked around the store holding dresses in my hand to try on, they continued asking other older women (and by older, I mean in their late 30s and above) if they needed help, wanted a room, so on and so forth. (Note: there was another young lady in the same situation as me that I noticed). Even when I went into the dressing room to try on clothes, came back out to look for more and to try on more - they continued to pretty much ignore me.
I probably would have bought one or two things in there (clothes weren't bad and the prices are surprisingly decent too with a good sales section). But the way I was treated, or rather the lack of being treated, made me turn away.
