  • I used to like this place. I've been going there for years. But lately it has seemed to take a turn for the worst. It's unfortunate, now I have to find a new nail salon. That place is gotten that bad. Today I got a pedicure. All the staff seemed to be in a mood. When I got the pedicure, one nail got messed up. They put the wrong color on it, shade lighter. And it really showed up in the sunlight. I went back in and told them about it, it took them 30 minutes to get to me to fix just one nail. That was bad enough, But while I was there, I also had them wax my legs. The girl got wax all over me my shirt my pants my hands. She laid the fan she had been using on my belly and it had wax all over it. Therefore I got wax all over my shirt. She took it off with oil. And then she told me it should come out in the wash. Oil, I ask. She said yeah just spray something on it. All in all, With all that, and previous experiences lately, I am not going there again. Also I did not get any massage on my feet or legs during the pedicure. No hot towel either. Also, She did not cut my cuticles on my toenails. This was a pissy experience.
