I have never been more displeased with a car dealership in my life, I have a 2010 honda civic. I have visited the dealership at least once every 6 months to have the visors replaced (not a safety issue) so they won't change the design, so needless to say I have to bring it in on my day off and it's a huge inconvenience. Today the other issue I have is with my drivers side mirror, it will not move up and down. Once the advisor looks at it he tells me the actuator is broken, and also the bracket that holds the mirror in place is cracked, how that happened inside the mirror compartment I don't understand. So the warranty covers the actuator, but not the bracket so it's either have the mirror rattle or pay $250 for a new side mirror. When they finally finished I drove it on the highway for about 30 seconds only to notice a very loud wind noise that was not there prior, my car is loud to begin with but no wind noise. I ended up turning around and headed back to the dealership i was told they did not put the rubber insulation back on correctly so after 4+ hours of being at the dealership I had to bring it back to wait again. I was told that it would take 15 min max to fix, love how 15 minutes in honda terms actually means 30 or 45 minutes. After driving my car the service advisor stated my car needed new wheel bearings lucky for me it was covered by the extended warranty. It also meant another 2+ hours. So needless to say I spent my whole day off at the dealership 8+ hours and I will for sure have to be back in 6 months to replace yet another visor and possibly my mirror, because they couldn't guarantee it will stay. I will be on the market for a new car soon, and I will Not be buying another Honda.
