  • I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. I decided to take my sister here to get her nails done before her wedding because I had heard it was a very cute place. We were running late due to traffic and I called to say we'd be 5 minutes late and the receptionist said that was no problem. When we arrived we were actually only 2 minutes late but we couldn't find the reception desk because it is located at the back and there were a lot of people blocking the view. We were standing at the bar waiting for someone to help us for another 5 minutes. By the time someone told us to go we were now 8 minutes late. We then stood at the reception desk for another 5 minutes while the receptionist was talking on the phone. When she finally got off the phone she said "while since you're 15 minutes late we can't do your service" I responded that it was in fact her fault we were that late and she insisted she couldn't do the full service. We asked to speak the the manager (by this time we'd been waiting for 20 Minutes) and she assured us that we would get our full treatment. And our estheticians finished our pedicures in under 25 minutes. So there was no way they needed the full hour anyway. The estheticians made us feel like we were being a burden to them so we couldn't relax. This place is also very expensive considering the service we were given. This places only saving grace were the two ladies that did our manicures Moe and I think the other one was named Jennifer. They made us laugh and ensured we had a good time. I probably won't be going back again
