My first statement is do not buy from this company! I ordered "cordless" blinds, and they came with a "cord". When I called customer service, if you'd like to call it that" she laughed at me on the phone and said, "they have to have a cord". I said, pardon my ignorance but you advertise cordless. She said that yes but they have to have a cord to move the wood slats. However, the website says they offer wands so that you do not have to have a cord that your animal may get wrapped around.
I felt as though I were talking to a child. Her name was Hannah. She said the offer of a wand vs a cord was "generic". That exactly what she said. I'm pretty sure she was a teenager. She suggested that I tie the cord over to the side. Well, then I won't be able to move the slats. She then got confused. I cannot get my money back and she only offered me an idiots suggestion. So, now I'm stuck with a $200 blind that I cannot use for fear that my cat will hang himself from it. Oh and one last thing, they do not have managers working on Saturdays. Helpful.
