My wife got a blown out tire one cold Sunday night on the freeway in Las Vegas and called Allstate Motor club for roadside assistance. I think Pop a Lock is one of their providers and dispatched them. They have poor communication too. Their driver or whatever tried calling me and my wife but they couldn't hear when we answer their calls. We tried calling them back on their number but it just goes busy. Allstate finally gave me their office number and called them and complained why it's taking them so long to assist my wife and told me that their driver is on the way but it will be another 20 minutes. It took Pop a Lock more than one and a half hour to get to them! The technician finally arrived but he was not in a rescue vehicle but in a car and said that the original guy who was supposed to assist my wife had vehicle problem himself ! This company is the worst roadside assistance provider I've ever encountered and surely cannot be relied upon. I will certainy complain to Allstate about their very terrible response time and poor communication and rescue equipments. I just hope that this outrageous service from this company never happens to other drivers. Pop A lock should concentrate with their locksmith business. I would never want them much more recommend them for a roadside assistance service.
