  • First of all I'd like to say Douglas Peterson left a flyer on our door so we called him back. He was very talkative and told us promises he wasn't able to keep, told us all the doors and windows will be secure etc! The typical salesman promise bs! We had the install done and 4 rooms and our roll up garage door wasn't secured if I'm paying $55 a month we want ALL house to be secured not half ass! He showed up today trying to fix the issue which was more bs! He also told us on day 1 that he's the owner of One Home. Which on his business card was no name of RK Marketing! And I think I understand why it's because they have such terrible reviews! Make sure if you cancel with them it's within 3 days! If not you will be screwed! Oh I forgot to mention the fast mouth Douglas walked out on me and said he ain't gonna listen to me anymore and he will send someone to remove equipment. Next time practice what you preach! Don't promise customers shit if you can't commit to what you stand by! I would stand clear from this company the reviews all do speak for themselves! Also if they give you the ring option, beware cause if you want it to work exactly like how they set it up to record, you will still have to pay a separate monthly fee to ring which should be told the truth from the start not say it's not needed and lie! Anything to get a sale and lie is wrong! How would he feel if someone did this to them?
