  • Enfin des baklavas qui n'ont rien à voir avec ce que l'on trouve dans les supermarchés. Un jour j'ai demandé à un marchand de produits du Moyen-Orient au Marché Jean-Talon où l'on pouvait trouver de bons baklavas. Il m'a dit qu'il savait où trouver LES MEILLEURS baklavas à Montréal : à la pâtisserie Mahrousé, sur la rue Liège près de l'Acadie ! J'y suis allé, j'ai essayé, j'ai adopté. De fines pâtisseries faites avec du vrai miel, non pas avec du vulgaire sirop de maïs, comme c'est souvent le cas. J'enlève cependant un point à cause de l'absence du français sur leur site web où l'on peut y lire en gros caractères : "Best baklava in Montréal" ! Décidément... Ça fait un peu prétentieux mais je suis obligé d'admettre que c'est vrai.
