rev:text	I attempted to return a welder that was purchased for my son & as I walked in to the customer service and was greeted by a woman named Barb she was very friendly and then let me know that it needed to be looked at by someone at the head of the department I was okay with it someone came up name Rudy he overlooked the item made sure everything was there and okay the return she continue to process the return but noticed she had no orange tags available so she had to call the manager , we waited an additional 15 minutes and was greeted by a assistant store manager who claims to be the store manager I later found out he was the assistant store manager his name was Tevin L Freeman he walked up to the counter and automatically asked what the problem was at this time I didn't even know there was a problem so we had mentioned to the orange tags he looked at the welder and refused to return it we had our receipt it was within the 30 days of the return but he simply said that the welder had been used and that he was not going to give us our money back I did not understand and at the same time neither did the customer service lady who was there she seems very puzzled as well because the return had already been approved he then continued to be very dismissive and unprofessional he was rude he asked many questions like why we were returning what was the reason and he accused us of using it more than a month even though the receipt was dated the 3rd of January he then turned the cart that the welder was placed in and pushed it to the entrance of the store, he told me that we were not going to be helped and to take it back to the RAY store which way it was originally purchased at he was by far the most rudest person I have ever come into contact with he was extremely unprofessional and to be an assistant manager I just could not believe it the lady at the register was very much more friendly and professional than this man was I hope no one else has to deal with this character, and we will never visit this store again and we are making sure that all of our family and friends will never shop at this particular Home Depot!!!!!!
