  • I am very pleased with the customer service of Zerorez. We have two dogs and a cat and had gone three years without a professional carpet cleaning. The carpets looked great but the technician said there may be return odor because of the condition of certain areas. He insisted I call with any further concern. I contacted them after a return odor and they were happy to come back out and take another look. The technician was honest about the smells possibly coming from the baseboards but also gave me two free gallons of their deep padding treatment in problem areas. He also redid the entire space with the pet topical treatment. It is a very good company to work with. I will have my carpets cleaned regularly and I will call Zerorez for the job.
