rev:text	For the most part; the facility is clean and the majority of workers are friendly. I have been taking my car to this location since 2014, not because the service is great; but because, I felt that the convenience of being able to drop my car off and get a ride home or to work outweighed the fact that no matter what...my repairs were always going to consist of two trips. The first trip was for them to service the vehicle and the second trip was always because they never get it right the first time; even something as simple as repairing a flat tire. I took my vehicle in for repair today because the low tire pressure light was on. I had already taken my car to this facility twice before to have them look at my tires. Each time; they were quick to say...if it's a flat tire AAA price for you is $35 for repair. Each time they were unable to locate a flat. I once again returned this morning to have them look at my tire and to obtain a oil change. To my dismay; the transportation person had been in an accident and the manager wasn't trying to seek temporary help. I was told that my wait would be 2.5 hours and was not offered an alternate mode of transportation. As I was sitting there..waiting for my front tire to be looked at; 3 others entered the facility. I became ticked off to hear the manage tell each of them that their vehicle could be looked at within 20-30 minutes and he also indicated that he could find them a means of transportation if necessary. I also heard another service worker ask; what about this one; the manager said...she can wait a couple of hours; I'm assuming he was probably referring to me. I have several stories that I could write about; including the fact that they had to replace my spark plugs 3 times before they could get them right. But instead...I just want to state..find a better mechanic. I'm amazed that the represent AAA.
