  • I've shopped at several Home Depot stores all over the country, this one has uniquely terrible customer service. The workers frequently seem to hang out in groups entertaining each other. If you ask for help they seem annoyed that you interrupted them. I recently asked for directions to an item and was told they didn't carry it, but when I showed the employee on the Home Depot app that the item was available and in stock at this store he got angry and sent me to the wrong department. The employees here really need some basic training in courtesy and customer service. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE HAS IMPROVED DRAMATICALLY! Employees are friendly and helpful. The store has done a 180 degree turn around. I don't see groups of employees hanging out with each other anymore, instead there are helpful individuals in each department. Thank you Home Depot!
