  • I love Kiehls and their products! I have been a loyal customer since one of the girls I worked with raved about their skincare. The staff is always very friendly, the only reason why I give it three stars is due to one lady there. She is the older one that looks like she has some work done on her facial and body area - AVOID AVOID, she is just nasty. Honestly I try to avoid her when I go in, but its seems like she is a manager since she is the only one is the store at times. She is not helpful and she treats you like an idiot if you do not know a specific question about your skin or when you just want a recommendation (which is not an absurd request since they know the product better). Honestly, just avoid her and the rest of the staff is great! Especially the older lady with the short pixie red hair. She is AWESOME! Very helpful and overall just a nice person. Avoid the plastic looking lady at all cost!
