  • I stayed at this hotel during the recent Phoenix Comic Fest. It was OK, but for what's supposed to be a high-end hotel it fell a bit short. The housekeepers hadn't cleaned out the refrigerator in my room and the coffee maker didn't work. Although I'm not a millennial and therefore actually have chargers that plug into old-style outlets I found it odd that in a modern hotel that they didn't have USB outlets as well. Parking fee was a bit high, but the valet guys were prompt and courteous. On the up side engineering did respond quickly to an issue I had and the hotel was overall nice and clean. If I go the future comic fests I'll probably stay there again due to the convenience, but if I have other business in Phoenix I'll stay someplace else.
