Unfortunately I was forced to even give 1 star and in this situation I really didn't want to give any. I really didn't want to write this review, but this incident happened in May and I still haven't been contacted from management.. I have a membership at the salon and get my hair done at least 2 times a month. I never complain even when I haven't been the most happy with my hair a time or two. I was burned with a curling iron on my shoulder while the stylist was fixing her hair in the mirror and not paying attention. I understand accidents happen, but no attention was given to the matter after management became aware. I've noticed that they've changed policy to be wearing a towel around clients shoulders during the service however they have yet to reach out to me. I even submitted a survey I had received through my email and nothing. I really wouldn't have made this a big deal even though I now have a scar on my shoulder, but I don't like how the costumer service was handled. This incident makes me want to cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere.. some acknowledgment would have been appreciated.
