  • The staff here are beyond useless and don't handle suggestions well. The only reason I continue coming here is my doctor is phenomenal. She listens to everything and explains everything thoroughly. I suggested that they do confirmation calls as I am an extremely busy working young adult. She continued to tell me I was called ... if I was called I wouldn't have missed the appointment so clearly someone just marked down I was called but I wasn't. I understand it is also my responsibility to remember these appointments but as busy as I am and most people I know are we need these calls.
