  • I would give this place five stars for quality of products, customer service, a variety of materials but I'm knocking it down one star due to a a mishap with a closeout product supposedly placed on hold for me and arriving to get the product and was told no one had put it on hold. I already had half of my floor done with this color tile and if the Reno store didn't have the product in stock I would have been SOL. However, the team at floor & decor helped me to resolve the issue. One employee in particular, Joleen, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She is knowledgable and ensured that I was able to get all the material I needed to finish my flooring project. All in all I would recommend floors and decor and would use them again for a future flooring project. If you go, ask for Joleen, she is great!!
