take a class with Jill! It's fun and you can be at any level to take this class - they make you feel welcome if you're new and jill is the best! (but they're all nice) I was surprised by how much I ended up sweating and how sore I felt the next day after the first class but you feel super great after doing these classes. Bonus - the first class you take is free! Also, if it's your first time, don't wear shorts - your knees should be covered basically due to the moves in class.
