  • From the minute I pulled up, I knew this was going to be a miserable experience. There was no one out there directing traffic of new cars to be washed, just some people trying to sell me on fixing my windshield. I figured the fact that didn't accept their offer to fix my windshield did not bode well for me. An hour and 30 minutes later, my car is still not ready. This better be the best car wash I've ever had in order to wait this long. Ridiculous.
