  • 2 stars only because the place is clean. I took my 9 month old here on a Sunday because I couldn't get in touch with her pediatrician and I was scared she had whooping cough. The male nurse didn't even know how to use the baby scale.. then a lady comes in and doesn't really know how to check out my baby. She gives her a strep test?! I told her she didn't have strep!!! Babies rarely can get strep and I knew it wasn't strep! Then after she steps away for 25 min while my baby is crying (no sense of urgency).. another guy comes in and says "hmmm maybe you should call your pediatrician. Sorry, you can go now." Well no kidding I could call my pediatrician!! But then they bill me $177 for this trip!!! Just to tell me I can call my pediatrician. Wow.. unprofessional! Such a rip off! This place sucks plain and simple. Don't waste your money. When I told my pediatrician a couple hours later about my experience she urged me never to go back to an urgent care. The best part... my husband gets sick and goes to the same urgent care and they tell him our insurance isn't accepted there.. but they didn't tell me that when I was there.. interesting. Lesson learned.. scam scam scam!!
