  • Guys, I have been excited about this place for awhile now. Pho is my favorite food, and having great pho near where I work was only a dream...until now. I ordered Traditional Spring Rolls and a Pho-dipped Banh Mi, and was not disappointed by anything. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious, and the braised pork in the banh mi was insanely good, perfect crunch on the bread, as well as some spectacular fillings and a beautiful savory broth. Is the menu overflowing like some of the Spring Mountain joints? Of course not. This is a restaurant that you can tell wants to focus on perfecting the things it does, not trying to do all the things half assed. One more note: The absolute best service. In the world.
