| - My appointment was on-time, efficient and complete. I tend to pass out when I have blood taken (believe me, I wish it wasn't true), and having had chemo my veins in my arm tend to roll, so usually they wind up taking it from my hand. I told the girl at the front this, but she said to wait until I got back to the room. The technician showed me to a room with no bed. I told her all of the above and she found a room with a bed and said "You can go lie down in there." She came in, asked a couple of questions, looked at my arm and took it from my arm, which was painful. She then wanted me to sit up immediately. After signing her form, she asked if I was okay, and I told her I was dizzy. She said I could lie down. She was efficient, but had the compassion of a rock. I'm a 62 year old woman and have given blood or had blood tests before. Aftet giving blood years ago and experiencing this, I no longer can donate blood. I know my body, and I saved them the problem I went through last year (of passing out and having to bed moved to a bed) by telling them up front. I thanked her as I left and she ignored me. I don't expect to be treated poorly for having helped the process. I'd give 4-5 stars for the rest, but she brought it down to 1, so I settled at 2 stars.
