  • Very frustrating hotel front desk woman made this a very regrettable stay. Not only a very bad customer service experience, but it's clear no one here even cares. Ghetto people performing less than stellar customer service is hard when you travel so much. Won't be back and will make sure our company travel department knows not to book us here again.
