  • Let's face it, renting definitely has its pros and cons. This means it's all the more important to rent from a good property management company, since that can pretty much make or break your overall experience. That being said; make no mistake, Paramount Property Services IS your go to property management co. in AZ. Working with PPS has been a Dream compared to past experiences with other property management companies! What I'm used to: * extremely delayed responses to work orders, on the rare occasion I even received a reply * rude, incompetent staff that treats tenants as second class citizens * lack of online rental payment options and tenant self service What you get from Paramount Property Services: * timely responses to email correspondence and voicemails, and lightning-fast delegation of work orders to appropriate vendor(s) * their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and always happy to help/answer questions * via their online portal you can pay rent (thank God!!), send work orders, and even get info on purchasing a home when your lease is almost up . If that's not going above and beyond to proactively anticipate your tenants needs and be an advocate for their home buying journey, I don't know what is. Whether you need a reputable, reliable and tenured property management company to manage your rental, or help finding your next home, do yourself a favor and go straight to Paramount Property Services.
